From 9 to 13 of September, Dionessa has participated to a summer school , in Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) on using machine learning for chemistry. There were advanced topics on using machine learning in modeling molecular systems. She shared her preliminary work in a poster session on modeling the protein cryptochrome using a protein language model. There was also a tour in the KIT laboratories where they have a self-driving lab that accelerate chemistry using Artificial intelligence and robotics.
